Neighbourhood Plan Regulation 14 - Consultation To all Consultees, In accordance with the requirements of Regulation 14 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, please find attached to this email the following documents: Draft copy of the Neighbourhood Development Plan for the Joint Parishes of Beaudesert and Henley in Arden; A copy of the 2015 Town Questionnaire administered by Stratford District Council on behalf of the JPC and which was sent to every household within the Designated Neighbourhood Area to assimilate evidence for the policies in the NDP; and A copy of the report produced by SDC in 2015 following the processing of responses from residents to the questionnaire. The responses to the questionnaire, along with the additional consultation referenced in the NDP, formed the basis for the policies set out in the NDP. You are kindly requested to review the attached documents and let the Parish Clerk to the JPC know whether you have any observations.
